Palm Beach Point - Project in one of Wellington’s most exclusive gated equestrian communities, known for its sprawling multi-acre luxury estates, private barns, and direct access to the world-renowned hunter/jumper show grounds.
Equestrian Project
This equestrian redevelopment project involved transforming an aging farm into a fully functional modern equestrian facility by integrating updated barns, paddocks, riding infrastructure, and rider-focused amenities while preserving the character and foundation of the original property.
